Dale obtained a BS in Business Administration from Oral Roberts University before graduating from Law School at the University of Virginia. He also obtained a Masters in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia Graduate School.Dale is a member of Fishhook International and Crown Ministries, and is active in many other organizations within the Lexington community and beyond. He is a shepherding elder at First Alliance Church. Dale has played a pivotal role in organizing the Governor’s Prayer Breakfast and regularly attends the National Prayer Breakfast. He holds the FINRA Series 7 and Series 66, and holds insurance licenses in multiple states. He retired from the Army in 2008 as a Colonel. During his service he did multiple combat and expeditionary tours. Jeff then spent seven years as a Director at Lockheed Martin growing his line of business, which supported Warfighters, to over $300M in sales per year. Beyond his passion for helping clients set and reach their financial goals, Jeff leads a 160 man fraternal service organization, facilitates theology classes, and actively ministers in his church. He is also a member of the Lexington Rotary Club. Jeff and his wife Marty have four children and eight grandchildren. They enjoy being with family at their lake house (and being John's neighbor!), playing bridge, and taking an occasional cruise. He is the youngest member of the team, and is extremely motivated to follow in Dale's footsteps with the goal of advising his clients for the next forty plus years. Jack is engaged to the love of his life, Dallas. Dallas is a three time National Champion as a cheerleader at the University of Kentucky. You might have seen his proposal, as it happened on the court at a UK home game. They will be married in April of 2019. Jack is active in the local young adults ministry and serves as a board member for Heart of Africa, a non-profit based in Wilmore, Kentucky. In his free time, Jack enjoys all things outdoors, from hunting and fishing to hiking. He is also learning the art of falconry, you can often find him in local parks around Lexington training his Red-Tailed Hawk. Nancy E. Nancy is the heart and soul of our team, it’s possible she knows more about our clients than they know themselves. She works closely with all new clients to bring them on board, and maintains that relationship over the years. Nancy and her husband Mike have a daughter who currently lives in New York and is pursuing a career in acting. They enjoy taking family vacations, often traveling to Europe. At home she enjoys reading, seeing movies, and spending time with her dog Charlie. Jen helps our team coordinate efforts, with an eye towards continuous improvement and efficiency.Outside of work, Jen and her husband Nic enjoy life in the country with their "fur babies", currently a dog and several Thoroughbreds who are retired from racing that she retrains for Three Day Eventing. She is an active competitor with the USEA and USEF, as well as an annual participant in the Retired Racehorse Project. Jen & Nic also co-own LM Sugarbush, one of Indiana's largest maple syrup distributors and host to the Annual Maple Syrup Festival in Salem, Indiana.
